Toured Fort Sumter today and learned about its history as the place where the Civil War started. We enjoyed the presentations by The National Park Service folks as they were very informative and entertaining. We then enjoyed a fabulous meal at Hymans Seafood Restaurant. They have a 4.9 rating with something like 47,000 reviews and it is easy to tell why. They really go above and beyond making sure that you are well served and everything is up to expectations. One of the owners visited our table twice during our visit and couldn’t have been more friendly or gracious. The food was tremendous. Ample portions and delicious beyond description and the price was reasonable. If you ever visit Charlestoon do yourself a favor and pay Hymans a visit. From there we embarked on a water tour of the harbor and got some nice pics of a beautiful sunset. Long day and the dogs were glad to see us when we got back. Tomorrow another plantation visit,  maybe some mansions and possibly the beach. So much to see and do and so little time!
