I can tell you ONE thing about New Orleans; these people LOVE to party!! There are MULTIPLE parades on the same day even in the suburbs. They literally close off the streets and have a parade. Most are family oriented with multiple high school bands that last a couple of hours or more. Some, like the attached video, are in New Orleans itself on a Saturday night intended for mature audiences only. We had a blast and came home with bead necklaces and trinkets galore. Met some interesting (?) locals and in spite of the cold temperatures survived to see another day. Hope that you enjoy the video!
